We had friends in goleta, near santa barbara and one of my favorite games when I was a kid on the apple IIc was archon, because it mixed chess with action. I also found a site recently that had emulators for old-games that I used to play like earl weaver baseball, and old timers baseball from tony larussa, and tv sports basketball, as well as front page sports football. It was really fun to work on being a manager and coach, and I would plug in my lineups from my first auction drafts from damien high school for fantasy baseball between 1989 and 1991. We used to do the stats by hand on usa today, and our teacher coach ballingall from speech and debate had us do an auction draft in the teacher's lounge. So I would enter my rotisserie team into tony larussa and earl weaver and see if it was effective as a real team too, before I made trades with myfriends in class. We used a book by waggoner for our first draft. I remember having a greg maddux from the cubs and mark davis from the padres as a closer on my first rotisserrie baseball auction draft team. The site is called old-games.com and it has other games from the pc xt and apple IIc on it that I used to play when I was a young boy. And this site has an emulator for windows 7 and windows 8 for nintendo 64 games on a laptop.
