The Bible I carry daily on my backpack

I carry it daily for strength, it is the sheild and god's armour for the journey. I went to talk at a leader's house name Perry and Candy Rivera and a Priest Recommended the Roman Catholic New Jerusalem Bible so when I went shopping online this was the book I found and I ordered it from Barnes and Noble, or I may have bought it at the actual store. I prefer brick and mortar stores because I can talk to people. I miss Borders and Crown Books, and Libraries, and B Dalton, and Egghead Software, and Comic Book Stores. And even the old quarter arcades at the mall. It was so fun to hang with other nerdy kids into comics, games, and books, or prayer the way we used to before people started shoving their faces in smartphones and computers and tablets. People would meet and talk, and listen. Now everyone walks around talking to the air and the machines instead of bumping into the people next to them. I keep the bible to keep me conscious of the reason why I am still alive, despite my own failings he will always protect me. And he teaches me how to pray over anyone with psalms, and proverbs, and old lessons. I cant quote every verse, and I havent read every page. But there are particulars verses, books, or psalms or proverbs that mean everything to me at the moment. And a paper bible cannot be taken away during a tornado or typhoon or fire in a burning building. It can keep your whole family alive when your phone battery bible is dying. I can pray for hours without food to keep me and mine alive. As if I was in agony, please Gethsamane was agony praying for my family might seem painful but it is worth it to go to God and say at least I died praying.
